15.2 Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Glow State Studio agree that, to the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will occur in Florida, United States, unless the parties agree otherwise. You agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive relief in court for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
